Strange BUG - Guild Wars Forums

this is what recently happened to me......when i entered the game with my Lookman Rux character i found out that i lost ALL my money,items and equiped items

this is what i got from NC Interactive Support:

The problem you have reported is a known issue and the development team is already working on an appropriate solution. Unfortunatly we can not recompense you for your loss. However, we are going to forward your enquiry to our QA department in order to provide the development team with as much information as possible.

I had one item disappear once but it was a stupid staff nothing big so I just thought its a bug and left it alone never happened again
